REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

REFUND POLICY
If your order has not shipped we will refund your entire order in full.

If your order has shipped, this would be considered a return and will fall under the RETURN POLICY section.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer except in the event the item shipped was received incorrectly from Kortoga.com.

RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email (spencer@kortoga.com).
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer except in the event the item shipped was received incorrectly from Kortoga.com.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the return within 1-3 business days.
We will credit a full refund excluding the original shipping cost.  Which is about $9.
Please allow up to 30 days for any credits to post to your account.
The time it takes to post this credit to your account is out of our hands.
We are at the mercy of the credit/banking industry.

 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY
If after you receive the plate you ordered and find you would like to exchange the plate for a different style, please contact us via email (spencer@kortoga.com).
Return shipping (from you to me) charges are the responsibility of the customer.
You will also be responsible for paying the shipping (from me back to you) for the new swapped plate, $9.

Once the returned plate is received and inspected, we will process the exchange within 1-3 business days.
